Initially I had a lot of trouble getting to the hotel, as my taxi didn't show up and the other one demanded a lot of money, and he would only accept cash. The hotel refused to let me in until I paid so I was extremely angry and frustrated. I do think that if I am paying 300 a night that the hotel should have a shuttle service. Anyway, once I was in the hotel they let me eat dinner as I had arrived very late. I was staying in a suite with my brother, I believe we were in 2325. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main lobby, but very easy to get to and very clean. Our room was just ridiculously large, A kitchen, dining room, living room, insane bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a toilet, a shower, a bath, 2 sinks, a jacuzzi on the massive terrace, 2 tvs. I really wish I could afford to live in a place that large. Especially with the 2 tvs. The drinks and snacks were all included and they were replaced everyday. Such an amazing touch as I often get midnight cravings. Breakfast was fantastic, especially getting the fresh omlettes and fruit. We usually took a plate of pastries back to our room to snack on. After getting ready we would either go back to the lobby and grab the shuttle to the beach, or we could walk directly there as our room was situated very close by. The area at the beach was incredibly private and well set up. From the availability of fresh towel, unlimited drinks, it was also really cute that there was a salsa hut and burger stand. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to eat at the restaurant there, but because of the heat the drinks were plenty. There were sellers at the beach but they were really respectful and once you told them you weren't interested they left you alone - to be fair I did always see people buying from them. Right, so I never really had lunch but it wasn't an issue. DINNER! Oh my goodness. We were booked at all the restaurants every night and they were really great. Especially the hibachi grill. Oh no I'm out of room....

This hotel surpassed my expectations!!! It's huge but at the same time so private and intimate do to the lush gardens and layout. The food was delicious as well as the drinks. What made this stay INCREDIBLE and the reason we are going back in May, is the staff, each and everyone from the moment they take your luggage, room service, room maids, bartenders but especially the servers like Leonardo Ramirez ARE THE REASON WE ARE GOING TO KEEP COMING BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Leonardo Ramirez, Hydra, was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All his recommendations were right on the money. The Yhi Spa was beautiful and sooooo relaxing, one of the best massages I've had ever! Also Jenny Castillo, Aqua, made our last dinner there memorable and just the icing on the cake on an INCREDIBLE VACATION.

All facilities were near and clean, this is great for clients with allergies. The hotel room was comfy and the 2 bathup with hydromassage included are great for couples looking for bonding and relaxing quiet time. The hotel staff was courteous at all times making us feel like a prince and a princess, regardless of the request we had. The overall decorations, background music played and relaxing spaces made us feel like being in a spiritual retirement, connecting to our inner selfs and to each other. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean environment with great food and most importantly an excellent customer service.

Amazing rooms with jacuzzis and terrace, great beds, beautiful swimmingpool, delicious food (if you like Mediterranean/Spanish food), good service, great selection of drinks, delicious cocktails, hotel was fully booked but it didn’t feel crowded, boutique hotel feeling, staff was super friendly and knew us by name, many things to do (5 restaurants, yoga classes, bikes, spa, cinema at night, tennis, mini artisanal market, etc.), after midnight everything is closed which gives a nice and quiet feeling, healthy vibes & food.

The staff was exceptional in their service and constant greeting. They seemed to enjoy their job and made the experience wonderful. Many of the restaurants were very good, and we loved taking advantage of the included room service. The pools were amazing, and it was great to be able to stay on the resort and not get bored. We want to especially thank Gustavo with The Reserve management, Esaie Weche with the H2O bar, and Leonardo with the Hydrogrill. They were incredible and truly made our stay.
